Ishita Arun was born on September 4, 1979 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Her mother Ila Arun, who is an actress. She completed her studies at St. Xavier’s College. At the age of three, she appeared in Vick’s advertisement in 1982.
Arun began her career as a child artist and appeared in the television series Yatra in 1986 as Ishita Bajpayi. Ishita is popularly known for appearing in the popular movie Snegithiye, Kahan Ho Tum, Stop! and many more. In 2022, Ishita appeared in the Netflix web series Scoop.
