Israeli Communications Minister Shlomo Karhi sharply criticized former President Donald Trump for his recent comments praising the terrorist group Hezbollah and criticizing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Trump, 77, on Wednesday blamed Israeli and U.S. government officials for a missile attack launched from Lebanon on Israel by Iran-backed Hezbollah jihadists, accusing defense officials of telegraphing the Jewish state’s weaknesses.

The Hezbollah raid came days after Hamas terrorists infiltrated southern Israel from the Gaza Strip, killing at least 1,300 people.
