Kevin Noparvar, a renowned American influencer who is dedicated to tasting food from various countries around the world, gave his opinion on several Catracho dishes.
Through his TikTok account, where he has 3.3 million followers, he shared this Saturday a clip trying various traditional foods from the Central American country.
From the comfort of his vehicle, where he does most of his tastings, he proceeded to try the catracho pastries for the first time.
His face gave it away, the taste of the ground beef patties, along with the cabbage, pickle, ketchup, and hot sauce, made an explosion in his mouth.
“These things retain heat like a volcano,” he said as he couldn’t stop eating.

Then he proceeded to try the quintessential dish of Catracha gastronomy, a baleada, which was composed of traditional beans, butter, cheese and shredded chicken.
“I barely touched that and I think I’m in love. I don’t know what these people put in their beans, but it tastes phenomenal,” he said, almost stuck from eating heartily.
After tasting it, as he does in each of his international food videos, he proceeded to give a rating of 9.1 out of 10 to Catracha cuisine.
The tiktok already exceeds 770 thousand views and has more than 700 comments from catrachos: “Our food is delicious”; “Now it’s time for chicken with tajadas, the famous chuco chicken” and “Long live Honduras!”
Although users did not miss the mistake he made when opening the cupcakes to put the accessories inside and not on the outside, others thanked him for showing a “new culinary technique.”
