Career
Jannat started her career at a very young age. She worked as a child artist in many television shows and films including Dil Mil Gaye, Kashi Matti Ki Bano and Phulwa. She gained immense popularity with the role of young Phulwa in the television series Colors Phulwa. She was also nominated for Best Child Actor for her performance in this series.
After that, she appeared in several TV shows Haar Jeet, Fear Files, Best of Kuch Nikki, Gumrah, Maharana Pratap, Ek Thi Naayka, Savdhaan India and Rabindranath Tagore’s Stories. In 2016, she appeared in Meri Awaz Hi Pehchaan Hai as a young Kalyani.
In 2017, he acted in a musical television drama Tu Aashiqui in the lead role. She also had a controversy with the makers as she refused to do an intimate scene with the lead actor. But then it was solved. For her role in Tu Aashiqui, she won the Best Female Debut award at the Gold Awards in 2018.
