Jaswinder Gardner was born Jaswinder Sachdeva on November 16, 1983 in Bhagalpur, Bihar in a Sikh family. He has two siblings, Amandeep Sachdeva and Anuja Sachdeva. Jaswinder studied at Notre Dame Academy in Patna. She graduated from Mithibai College, Mumbai, and also pursued a fashion designing course at JD Institute of Fashion Designing.

Career
Jaswinder began his career with small cameos in film and television. Her first known performance was seen on a television show. C.I.D. in 2010. She later appeared in many Bollywood films such as Ready, Children’s Party, Shootout at Wadala and Dekha Jo Pehli Baar and Chitkabrey. Jaswinder played a prominent role of Maharani Padvika in the Star Plus TV show Prem ya Paheli: Chandrakanta. That same year she did another series. Ek Deewana Tha like Madhvi Bedi.
