Karn Sharma is an Indian all-round cricketer. He used to play domestic cricket for Uttar Pradesh and the railway team. Karn hits the leg with his left hand and bats with his right. He made his international debut in 2014 playing a T20 cricket match against the England cricket team. Karna made his debut in One Day International cricket against Sri Lanka on 13 November 2014.
Career
Karna started his career in Railways. He was the job of repairing the railroad tracks. His coach says that “when Karna got injured, the kids used to call him fat, but Karna didn’t care and he just focused on his game.” Karn started his career by playing Ranji Trophy in 2005.
Karn started IPL playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad from 2014 to 2016. The team bought him for Rs. 3.75 crores. The following year, Mumbai Indians gave Karna Rs 3.20 crore to play for their team in 2017, and then Chennai Super King picked him up paying Rs 5 crore from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, Karna played from the Royal side. Challengers Bangalore under the captaincy of Faf du Plessis.
