Kinjal Dave was born on November 24, 1999 in Jesangpara, a village near Patan, Gujarat, in an Advaita Brahmin family. His father’s name is Lalit Dave, who is also a well-known folk singer. Kinjal has a younger brother in the family.
Kinjal began her music career with the Gujarati song Jonadiyo in 2016. She gained prominence with the hit song Chaar Chaar Bangadiwali Gadi in 2016. Her other Gujarati tracks include Jonadiyo (2016), Kanaiya (2017), Chhote Raja (2017), Mauj Ma ( 2018), Jay Adhyashakti Aarti (2019), Makhanchor (2019), Killol (2020) and many more.
