Kiran Gaikwad was born and brought up in Pune, Maharashtra. He completes Master of Commerce studies from Yahwantrao Mohite College, Pune. While he was in college, he loved acting, so he decided to move forward and pursue a career in the acting profession. His first performance was at the school’s scout camp when he was in eighth grade. Later, Kiran started participating in all the school plays.

Career
After graduating from college, Kiran started working at Mahindra Company. However, due to a prolonged illness in 2011, she was unable to find work. After that, she decided to work in the theater field. The popularity gained through Tik Tok allowed him to move forward and work on a Marathi series.
The Marathi serial Lagir Zal Ji presented on Zee Marathi with Bhaiyasaheb in the show made him extremely prominent in Maharashtra. Before this series, Kiran appeared in the play Baghatos Kay Mujra Kar as well as the Marathi film Phuntroo. He later appeared in the short film Total Hublak. In 2021, Kiran worked in the Marathi series Devmanus on Zee Marathi.
