Biography
Laj was born in Bajwara, a small village in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. Her father’s name is Harish Kumar, who is an ASI in Punjab Police. She lost her mother in 2016 due to a brain hemorrhage. She has done a master’s degree in Vocal Music from Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya. At the age of eight, she began musical training with her grandfather Bishan Neerji and began singing in Jagratas.
