Las Vegas sex worker nearly beat disabled elderly man to death, robbed him of $6,000 at Caesars Palace: police

A Las Vegas sex worker beat an elderly man with limited mobility and stole thousands of dollars from him in his hotel room, police say.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to a reported robbery at Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino last Friday. Inside a guest room they found an elderly man beaten and bloodied on the floor, KLAS reported.

The elderly victim, who uses a scooter to get around, told officers that “he had brought a ‘prostitute’ to his room… and she beat him and robbed him,” police said.

The attacker, later identified as Napria Wilson, 26, had taken his wallet, he told police at the hospital.

The man said he had met Wilson at the casino and invited her to his room.

“Once in the room, the [man] He gave Wilson $500 cash for his services,” police said. “Wilson took the money and stayed in the room. After a couple of minutes, Wilson asked again. [the man] for the money and [the man] He said, ‘I already gave it to you.’ Wilson began to argue with [the man] and I told him to give him the money again.”

The altercation led to a brutal beating that left the man with a broken face and multiple facial fractures, according to police.

After the attack, video reviewed by police showed Wilson leaving the man’s hotel room, entering an elevator and then leaving in a taxi.

The victim later told police he was missing about $6,000.

Police contacted the taxi company, who provided additional images of Wilson in the taxi, according to KLAS.

She “almost immediately vomits when she gets into the taxi,” police said of the video. “Wilson apologizes to the driver and tells him that he will pay him more to get her out of here and appears to pass him a $100 bill from her purse.”

Wilson appeared “terrified” throughout the trip, police noted. At the end of the trip, Wilson got out and told the driver, “‘You never came here, this didn’t happen’ and gives the driver what appears to be an additional $200,” police said.

She was arrested outside her Henderson apartment Wednesday after MGM Resorts security helped compare a photo of Wilson to other surveillance images, police said.

She is charged with attempted murder, burglary and robbery, records show. Her bond was set at $75,000 and she remained behind bars at the Clark County Jail as of Friday, KLAS reported.

Wilson was accused of soliciting or engaging in prostitution just weeks earlier, on Oct. 5, according to records reviewed by the outlet.

In 2021, Wilson was charged with attempted murder and domestic battery. He later pleaded no contest to domestic assault charges, where he avoided jail time.
