While the entire nation eagerly awaits the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Bisrakh village in Greater Noida is carrying out special preparations for the upcoming event.

Unlike other regions, this town is famous for its worship of the demon king Ravana and has traditionally refrained from participating in Dussehra celebrations.

However, this year marks a notable departure from convention as villagers are set to worship Lord Ram for the first time. According to sources, the central focus of the celebrations will be the Prachin Shiv Mandir in the town.

Eleven priests will supervise various rituals, including a grand procession and the recitation of devotional hymns, bringing a distinctive element to the festivities.

At the same time, arrangements have been made for activities at the Ravan Temple, recognized as Bisrakh Dham Ravan Janamsthali. The planned events involve a recitation of Sunderkand and a yagya to mark the occasion.

The priest of the temple, as reported by News9, mentioned that extensive preparations are underway and the temple is decorated in anticipation of the big event.

Additionally, an idol of Ravana is planned to be placed next to the idol of Ram, although this inclusion is planned for a later date, possibly coinciding with Dussehra.
