Rogers said that at the time of the incident, she was not working in the store and found the images of the front entry table from an outside source. At first, she thought that all the goods had just been sold and she was glad to realize this, but suddenly someone came and told her that the thieves had stolen everything. No one in the store called the body during the other hits. This time, Rogers and Ferguson called the authorities. However, Ferguson says this was against company policy.

According to a police report, the three burglars at Lululemon’s Peachtree Corner are now facing felony burglary charges. However, both Rogers and Ferguson were fired and both received the same reasoning. Rogers and Ferguson hope the policy can be changed, allowing employees to call the police if they don’t feel safe. Currently, Rogers says that he has a job interview scheduled and Ferguson says that he is still between jobs and is in the process of fixing his resume.
