She starred in a prominent role in the Punjabi film Yaaran De Yaar as Mahi with Prince Singh in 2017. In the same year, she appeared as Sweety in the movie Love Lagan Ne Locha.
Apart from acting, Mahi appeared in the song Kangani from Rajvir Jawanda’s Punjabi music video in 2017. She later appeared in several Punjabi songs like Well Settled, Barood Dil, Maajhe Diye Mombatiye, Goli, Munda Sohna Jeha, Asla, Reh Le Ohde Naal , Chocolate, Teri Gail, Dil Todeya, Half, Tolerate, Bahi Log, Ajj Fire Kadne, etc.
