A Massachusetts woman was indicted by a county grand jury Friday for the murder of her three children in what prosecutors described as a planned assault while her husband was away.
Lindsay Clancy, 32, is charged with murder and strangulation.
She is currently detained without bail and receiving treatment at a medical center.
Clancy had been arraigned at Plymouth District Court in February.
At that court hearing a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.
An attorney for Clancy, defense attorney Kevin Reddington, said at the previous hearing that Clancy may have been suffering from postpartum psychosis, something prosecutors rejected.

An email and phone call were sent to Reddington seeking additional comment.
Investigators said that on Jan. 24, Duxbury police were called to their home and three children, ages 5, 3 and 8 months, were found in the basement.
Two had died and one died several days later.
The state medical examiner ruled the cause of death as asphyxiation or complications of asphyxiation.
The labor and delivery nurse is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in Plymouth Superior Court at a later date.
