As per the documents, on Feb 8, 2022, Grand Junction Police approached her at a bagel shop to execute a warrant for her iPad. Police apprehended her as she tried to stop an officer from taking her iPad. This incident happened while people sitting at the tables and Tina Peters was passing from there.
