Sheynnis Palacios brings the first crown to her country by becoming the queen of the world. Miss Nicaragua participated with 84 women but she was selected as the most beautiful.
After passing the question and answer round, Miss Nicaragua, Sheynnis Palacios qualified among the 3 finalists of the contest.

A few days ago a list of the supposed 20 finalists of the contest was leaked, which many followers claimed was real. Although not all participants on the leaked list qualified, there were some that did.
