Career
Nabanita embarked on her acting career as a supporting actress in the series Agomoni. Her talent soon shined brightly in Colors Bangla drama series Aponjon, where she played the character Shiuli from 2015 to 2017. However, it was her role as Aishwarya, or Mimi, in the romantic drama series Ei Chheleta Bhelbheleta that catapulted her to stardom. Directed by Saibal Banerjee, she starred in this series alongside Prapti Chatterjee and Somraj Maity.
Her journey continued with supporting roles in Koushik Roy’s series Punyi Pukur, where she played Aratrika and Mimi, and Subrata Roy’s series Manasa, where she played Saraswati.
In 2018, Nabanita took up the lead role of Lokkhipriya in Colors Bangla’s drama series Mahaprabhu Shri Chaitanya. She continued to impress with her performance in the 2021 romantic drama series Sagar Jyoti as Jyoti, a girl from a middle-class family in love with Sagar, who comes from a wealthy background.
Nabanita appeared in Anup Chakraborty’s drama series Neem Poodler Madhu, playing the supporting role of Tinni alongside Manosi Sengupta, Pallavi Sharma and Rubel Das.
