Not long ago, Andrea revealed a clever trick for making incredibly soft rotis using just one ingredient. The video of her has become incredibly popular and resonated with Indian chefs and cooks on the internet, while others are still skeptical about it.

Now, most of you might be wondering what the German blogger could have used as a secret ingredient to achieve soft rotis. It may surprise you, but Andrea used ripe avocados to make her rotis softer.
According to the video, adding a small amount of mashed avocado to the batter did the trick, and then the rotis were prepared in the usual way, resulting in exceptionally soft bites of a regular round desi chapati.
