Niharika wanted to become roadies since childhood. Her father and grandfather, Vijay Prasad Tiwari, opposed this, but she came to Indore for the MTV Roadies audition. Niharika auditioned in Indore on February 13, 2019, in which seven thousand candidates from central India auditioned. After the group discussion, only 16 people were selected for the personal interview round. In the end, only 5 people survived, including Niharika. The final round was won by Ranvijay and Neha Dhupia.
