Kirill Tereshin was nicknamed ‘Russian Popeye’ after having his arms stretched out to enormous proportions, but it has caused him serious trouble and even put his life in danger.
Finally, he injected around three liters of Vaseline into his arms, which stopped the blood supply to his muscles and killed some of the tissue. He had to undergo a series of procedures to have large lumps of jelly surgically removed, going from having the huge biceps he had always wanted to the possibility of having his arms amputated if the dirt wasn’t removed.

Tereshin spreads videos of himself on social media, with one of them explaining how he initially began to inflate his arms. “First and foremost, I started injecting myself with vegetable oil, boiling it in a saucepan and then injecting five milliliters every day,” he explained. “However, after two weeks, I noticed that the oil was coming out of the muscle.”
As a result, I turned to Vaseline oil, and within half a year, I had huge gains for myself.”
Doctors told Tereshin that the Vaseline he pumped into her arms was not supposed to be injected and could have damaged her kidneys, so those ‘great improvements’ could have cost her her life.
People who follow his social activity have expressed concern about his health, and he underwent surgery on his face against the recommendations of specialists.
