Biography
Olivia Malakar was born in Calcutta, West Bengal to a Hindu family. Her mother’s name is Lily Malakar and her brother’s name is Paritosh Malakar. Olivia completed her studies at the local school in Calcutta and then went to Calcutta University for further studies.
Olivia participated in several beauty pageants and fashion shows. As a model, she also appeared in the photo shoot of some magazines. After a brief career as a model, she got the opportunity to play the role of Tista Chatterjee (also known as Chhuti) in Star Jalsha’s romantic family drama series Irabotir Chupkotha in the year 2018. Later, Olivia gained popularity for appearing in a supernatural mythological television drama. Gouri Elo series where she appeared as Mukta. This series was directed by Swarnendu Samaddar and produced by Rupa Banerjee and Swarnendu Samaddar in 2022-23.
