The Seattle Police Department fired two squatters, one of whom identified himself as an “OnlyFans influencer,” who installed a stripper pole in a $900,000 home while allegedly forging a lease, according to a KIRO report 7.
“Yes, it’s been a stressful situation,” the owner of the Seattle property, Leka Devatha, told the outlet on Sunday. “And I feel emotionally relieved. “Not only have we gotten the squatters out, we are making the neighborhood safe again.”
“One of the uninvited people… is listed as an ‘OnlyFans influencer’ on LinkedIn. The couple is no longer there. They left clothes, a half-eaten cake and… a striptease pole,” the outlet reported.
“I don’t know if he was planning on creating content here or what he was doing, but it’s scary to think that’s what they were going to use the unit for,” the owner said of what he discovered in the apartment.
“They told me they were doing some plumbing and electrical work, which leads me to believe they are destroying my property one room at a time,” he told KIRO.
Devatha described it as a “real estate nightmare” to discover that a man and woman walked into one of her empty units, changed the locks and took over.

When he confronted them, they refused to leave, he said on Instagram. “I went to meet these squatters … and I saw that they had ripped out the carpets, taken down the door trim and God knows what else,” she said.
The squatters claimed they signed a lease and when the landlord initially attempted to involve authorities, he was informed that this was a civil matter and that he would need to hire an attorney.
“My question to the Seattle City Council is how do you tolerate this type of behavior and how do you protect its owners?” Devatha said.
