A passenger hijacked the intercom system of a delayed Jetstar plane and strangely serenaded the cabin with an unsolicited rendition of Edith Piaf’s “La Vie en Rose,” according to a video that went viral Friday.
In a moment fitting for the movie “Bridesmaids,” the woman is seen singing the classic French tune near the front of the cabin as travelers laugh and stare wide-eyed.
“What the hell is going on?” wrote passenger Conor Clarke on TikTok.
“The flight was delayed 2 hours and now this hippie is singing,” he added, along with footage of the bizarre performance.

A spokesman for the Australian airline apologized for the delay and warned that the girl’s show was against the rules, according to news.com.au.
