Prafull was disappointed by his CAT exam results at the age of 20 and his studies for his bachelor’s degree were really challenging. This setback only reinforced his desire to run his own business. He started working at a McDonald’s motivated by some American acquaintances, and after 50 days of contemplating it, he started his own tea shop. It made 300 total sales on its first day.
On the second day he began a conversation with his client, presenting him with chai in English. His plan was successful, people were still lining up to try his tea and see his unique tea selling style.
