Radhakrishnan Sreenivasan was born and raised in Chennai and has a younger sister. Career
RK got his first break in the year 2002 when he joined as a reporter for ESPN STAR Sports in New Delhi. He also covered the ICC Cricket World Cup in South Africa in 2003. RK joined ESPN’s Singapore office as one of the producers of the award-winning sports newsletter Sports Center. He later returned to India as chief anchor and sports editor of Neo Sports. He worked at the forefront of cricket broadcasting for the Indian subcontinent and Middle East for the next five seasons for the Neo Sports channel, where he had the privilege of working with some of the biggest names in world cricket.
He later moved into directing, where he headed Ten Sports’ football production in New Delhi. Currently, RK is a Senior Anchor for STAR Sports and has hosted the Indian Premier League, Indian Cricket, Indian Super League and Pro Kabaddi League.
