Iconic ‘3 Idiots’ Scooter Scene Captured In Real Life, Video Goes Viral
The duo took the old man on a scooter while sitting on either side of the man to keep him safe. Over a decade after the film’s release, the iconic scene has finally gotten a real-life interpretation on the streets of India and the internet can’t get enough of it.

Instagram blogger Shalu Kashyap shared a clip on her account and it shocked people. Presumably she captured the scene while she was sitting in a car on what is still an unknown Indian street. In the clip, she sees three people riding their scooters down the road. While this might not be the most shocking image on a desi road, it did turn heads as the trio on the scooter reminded people of the iconic 3 Idiots scene.
Two men sat on either side of an old man who looked pretty scared riding the scooter like that. The man sitting behind the old man made sure he was secured and held him down as the old man held on for dear life to him by grabbing the handle on the back seat.
Watching the trio travel in such an arrangement, Kashyap had flashbacks to the 2009 film and captioned his video, “3 idiots got real in life.” The video instantly became a huge hit on the internet and garnered nearly 150,000 likes for the blogger’s hilarious catch.

People gave mixed reactions to the video
People on the internet had mixed feelings about the video. One user was quite offended by the post: “Some people can’t afford a 4 wheeler so it’s no fun.” Another worried that old people were riding scooters in so much heat: “It’s not fun for me garmi me ek bujurg tripling pe hai.” One simply adored the moment, “so sweet”.

Another wished the blogger had helped the triplet trio instead of filming and making fun of their predicament, “3 idiots ka reel banane se accha lift de deta.” A companion imagined why the old man would have been sitting with the youngsters on a scooter, “Dadu ko ghumane leke ja rahe h.” One quipped: “Dadaji is holding on for life.”
