The Washington County Prosecutor’s Office in Utah stated that Ruby Franke is charged with six counts of aggravated child abuse. Additionally, her partner Jodi Hildebrandt is also facing the same charges. They were arrested last week when one of her malnourished children ran to a neighbor’s house for help. The attorney’s office reported that both Ruby Franke and her business partner face 6 counts of child abuse that carry a possible sentence of 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
