Sahaj Singh Chahal was born on November 5, 1991 in Delhi, India. Chahal was only 8 years old when he started learning to dance, at that time for a child to attend a dance class was not popular. He rose to fame when he began participating in a reality dance show on television. He was a part of Dil Se Nache India Wale, Dance Premier League and Dance Plus Season 2. He later created his own dance team who used to post his dance covers on social networking sites.
