There were reportedly a total of eight robbers who initially posed as customers when they entered the Senco gold shop. The thieves looted the store’s gold and silver items in broad daylight. Police said two men entered the Senco Gold store located in Ranaghat on Tuesday, then six more men entered the store with weapons. They looted gold, silver and other precious items from the Senco Gold store. Some diamond and precious stone items were also stolen from the store. The stolen items were allegedly worth Rs 9 million.
