Sneha started her acting career in Marathi theater when she was 13 years old. Her first television show was Adhuri Ek Kahani for Zee Marathi, where she played Shweta. She later also played an important role in the Marathi show Kaata Rute Konala. She had gained a lot of fame among the regional public thanks to her acting.
