Family of Texas Mall victim James Cho
Federal law enforcement officials are looking at possible ties to far-right groups in connection with the gunman who killed eight people, including children, at the Dallas mall. The shooter was a 33-year-old man who was shot and killed by a police officer who was not initially involved in the incident. The three members of the same family who died in the shooting have been identified as Cindy Cho, Kyo Song Cho and their 3-year-old son James. Sadly, his eldest child, William Cho, is only 6 years old and the only survivor of the family and is currently in the hospital.
A fundraiser has been started to support Cho. The GoFundMe page claims the Cho family was at the mall to trade her 6-year-old son’s clothes that she received for his birthday.
