The technology billionaire claims that his father’s age was reversed by 25 years with plasma treatment

Plasma therapy, also known as convalescent plasma therapy, involves using blood plasma from recovered people, rich in antibodies, to help treat those currently fighting a similar illness, such as viral infections such as COVID-19.

Antibodies in the plasma can potentially help fight infection in the recipient’s body.

Bryan Johnson, a 45-year-old software billionaire, said on social media that his 71-year-old father saw a 25-year reduction in aging after receiving a liter of his plasma.

After the procedure, his father’s aging rate now resembles that of a 46-year-old, a huge improvement over his previous rate of 71 years. Johnson is known for his bold attempt to reverse biological aging.

Why did you donate the plasma?

For the past three years, he has apparently been running a mission called Project Blueprint, in which he has been seriously seeking immortality. She has engaged in strange behavior such as sharing blood with her teenage son, following a strict vegan diet, and spending money on cutting-edge therapies like red light therapy, among other things.

In a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter), he emphasized the need for caution and acknowledged the limitations of his father’s results after receiving his plasma.

“After receiving 1 liter of my plasma, my father’s (70-year-old) aging rate slowed down by the equivalent of 25 years and has remained at that level even six months later. What does this mean? We age faster as we age. “My father is now aging at the rate of a 46-year-old after receiving 1 liter of my plasma. He used to age at the rate of a 71-year-old person. “I am my father’s blood son,” he wrote.

How did you help your father?

Johnson went on to say that the reduction in his father’s rate of aging could be related to the removal of 600 milliliters of his own plasma, raising questions about the specific elements affecting the outcome.

His Project Blueprint apparently costs him $2 million (around Rs 16.5 million) every year in medical tests, treatments and a meticulously planned program of diet, sleep and exercise aimed at slowing or perhaps reversing aging.

Johnson says his daily practice has given him the lung capacity and physical stamina of an 18-year-old, the heart of a 37-year-old, and the skin of a 28-year-old. His regimented lifestyle consists of going to bed at 8:00 a.m.: 30 p.m., consume 2,250 calories between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m., and engage in four or five hours of serious reflection.

He revealed in his YouTube video that he avoids alcohol, takes 111 tablets every day, and combines more than 100 vitamins into his routine. Her elaborate health strategy includes regular body fat scans, routine MRIs performed by a team of 30 experts, and even blood sharing with her teenage son.
