The representative of Honduras in Miss Universe 2023, Zuheilyn ‘Zu’ Clemente, sent a message to her compatriots just a few hours before the big night.
The 23-year-old girl was surprised at the preliminary gala with her swimsuit and gala dress, and then she won the eyes of the world with her typical costume, with the piece called ‘Artesana Lenca, Catracho pride’.

After this, he gave a statement to the Spanish-speaking network Telemundo, where he revealed that he prepared for two months after criticism from his compatriots.
“Let me tell you that the comments, when I won the national competition, were not very positive because people did not have that much faith in me,” he said without losing his characteristic smile.
However, she asserted that it was this little support from the Catrachos that led her to demonstrate that she has everything necessary to represent the ‘5-star’ country.
“That was what motivated me to try harder and stand out a little more in my skills, in my personality. I feel that we did incredible and we have Honduras dreaming,” she said confidently.
Finally, make sure you feel very happy about your performance so far and look forward to what will happen this Saturday night, November 18, when Miss Universe 2023 is chosen in El Salvador.
“I was one of those who doubted Zu, now I can’t stop admiring and applauding her”; “We love you Zu, let’s hope you win that contest, you have everything” and “She really has us dreaming,” are some comments.
