The Tamil Nadu Directorate of General Education (TNDGE) has confirmed the release date and time of Tamil Nadu Class 12 Result 2024. The Board is all set to announce the TN 12 Result 2024 on May 6, 2024 on the official website https:/ /dge.tn.gov.in/ and https://tnresults.nic.in/. This year, a total of 7.5 Lakh students appeared for the HSC Class 12 Science, Commerce and Arts exams. The HSC 12th exams were conducted from March 22 and will continue till April 13, 2024. Ways to check TN HSC +2 result 2024
Students can download the TN HSC Result 2024 simply by using the online portal or through the SMS service. The TNDGE has added the additional service of checking results via SMS so that students who live in remote areas or with less internet connectivity can also check their results on time. - Log in to the official TNDGE results portal: dge.tn.gov.in or tnresults.nic.in;
- On the home page, click on the ‘results’ link;
- In the new window, select the link for TN HSC Result 2024;
- Fill in your payroll number and date of birth;
- Click on the ‘search’ button;
- Your result will be displayed on the screen;
- Save the result for future use;
Steps to consult the TN +2 2024 result via SMS
To check TN HSC Result 2024 through SMS service, students need to send an SMS in a fixed pattern to a dedicated number as shown below:
“TNBOARD12REGNO, DATE OF BIRTH” and send it to 09282232585 or +919282232585

TN HSC Result 2024 Pass Mark and Grading System
Students who appeared in the TN HSC 2024 exam must obtain a minimum of 35 marks in each subject. Students are required to have a minimum of 15 grades in the theoretical exam and a total of 35 including practical and internal grades without requiring minimum attendance.
