He manages to fulfill his dream but illegally. His whole life takes shape after moving to the UK and the hardships and daily routine of him as he avoids the authorities.

The story goes some way to telling how people settle abroad as illegal immigrants without legitimate paperwork, living a precarious life on daily wages while constantly hiding from the authorities. This all comes along with the hilarious dialogues they add in between.
