The restaurant in Douliu City, Yunlin County, has garnered curiosity for its innovative approach to ramen preparation. 

According to the news portal, the dish entails the steaming or braising a crocodile’s front leg, creating the remarkable “Godzilla” ramen.

A video clip captures a young female customer sampling the two variations of the dish and expressing her pleasant surprise at the flavors.

According to her, the braised meat in the dish resembles the taste of pork feet, while the steamed version carries a flavor reminiscent of chicken. 

The restaurant owner acquired the recipe for the unique and hot “witch soup” during a trip to Thailand, which is believed to incorporate an impressive array of over 40 different spices.
