Don Víctor Julio is a 91-year-old Colombian man who has gained popularity in his country because he has lived with his five wives for more than 40 years.
According to what he said, his weakness was always women and, “thanks to his intelligence and charisma”, lovers “rained” him when he was young; Proof of this is that he lives with five at the same time.
The Colombian media, @testigodirecto, came to the place where the polyamorous family resides, to interview each of them and learn their story.
Ana del Carmen Barbosa, the first wife, said that she met him when they worked cutting coffee; “He fell in love with me and I fell in love with him, and then we hesitated there until I left with him.”
“You get used to it as if it were a family, and the children of his other wives, well, you practically love them as if they were your own children too,” said another of the wives.

María Esther Suescún, another of the wives, pointed out that they live in harmony thanks to the fact that “each one has her own little house”, even though they are all on the same land.
In addition, she makes sure that everyone has everything they need in their home, from food to romantic attention.

The five women agreed that they have never felt jealous of each other; However, they were upset when they discovered that Víctor Julio deceived them and had at least 11 children outside of their marriage, making a total of 50 descendants.
Her peculiar story has caught the attention of social media users, who have left comments like: “see, women, it is possible” and “it’s a matter of getting along with each other and that’s it.”
