Who was the influencer who received a connection service email?
Dhruvi Parmar, a 21-year-old digital designer on Twitter, recently revealed that an email written by a follower had really worried her. “What a lack of personality you must have to email this to someone,” she wrote.
“I’m done,” he said, along with a screenshot of an email he discovered in his mailbox one day. In the email, Hardik Chauhan, a boy, promised to pay “fees” to the influencer in exchange for his “services.”
What was in the email?
The follower explained in the email that he was a fan of hers on Instagram and was drawn to her “boldness.” He mentioned being from Gujarat, as did the influencer, who is from Ahmedabad. He asked if the developer provided more “services” outside of Reels and Instagram.
He then asked her about her personal services, such as “casual hookup.” The user asked about her costs and how much she “charged” for such a meeting without hesitation. She then adds a tone-deaf statement: “With no intention to hurt you in any way, I just wanted to know if she provides these services or not.”
How did people react on the Internet?
The screenshot of the email received more than 300,000 views on Twitter. The male fan’s behavior angered many people online. “Bhai aise log kaise jeete hain apni zindagi?” asked one user.
“How are you, log?” “I’m so sorry you had to go through this,” a user suggested to the influencer who reported the man. He just wanted to let him know that this is a serious crime and he can file a complaint online at cybercrime.gov.in. The complaint will be forwarded to the local police station for further investigation. Please be careful.” See the post here.
