Michigan’s Upper Peninsula State Police said a 2-year-old girl who had left her home with two family dogs was later discovered sleeping in the woods, using the smaller dog as a furry cushion.
Lt. Mark Giannunzio said Thursday that the girl “laid down and used one of the dogs as a pillow, and the other dog lay down next to her and kept her safe.”
