In 2022, Aarushi Bajaj embarked on a modeling career and appeared in television advertisements for prominent brands such as Dell Laptops, Lotus Herbals, and Kotex India. In 2024, Bajaj made her acting debut in the crime thriller drama series Aarya 3 on Disney+ Hotstar, which premiered on February 9, 2023.
She played the role of Arundhati Sareen akka Aru, the second daughter of the lead character Aarya, played by acclaimed actress Sushmita Sen. The role of Arundhati in the first two seasons was played by Virti Vaghani. The inaugural season of Aarya was nominated for an International Emmy Award, earning it critical acclaim.
