Abha started her acting career with basic theatre. She used to play small roles in plays. She has worked in many television shows such as Punar Vivah – Ek Nayi Umeed, Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani etc Abha has also worked in several Bollywood films including Sui Dhaaga (2018), Special 26 (2013) and Munna Pandey Berozgaar (2006).
