Career
Alefia Kapadia began her career with the television series Just Mohabbat as Pia Malhotra, Jai’s elder sister, aired on Sony Entertainment from 1996 to 2000. The following year, she appeared in the drama series Daaman on Sahara TV. The series won the Best Location Sound award at the RAPA Awards in 2002. From 2012 to 2014, she appeared as Latika Bafna, Aditya’s ex-fiancee and ex-wife of Rubal and Nisha’s daughter in the Rajshri Productions television series Pyaar Ka Dard Hai. She was later a part of Hamari Sister Didi as Aliya, Laut Aao Trisha as Deepika and Mere Rang Mein Rangne Waali as Neha. Kapadia was also seen as Tarini in the popular fictional drama Reporters.
