The married woman who allegedly attended sex parties with Cash App co-founder Bob Lee before his murder was arrested for DUI in a hit-and-run incident on Monday.
Khazar Elyassnia, 38, was booked on suspicion of DUI, hit and run, failure to drive within a lane and failure to provide proof of financial responsibility, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
San Francisco police responded to a car crash at 11:08 a.m. Monday near the Tenderloin area of the city.
The incident comes seven months after Elyassnia’s brother, Nima Momeni, was accused of murdering technology executive Lee.
There is no indication that the DUI charges are related to Lee’s murder at this time.
Sheriff’s officials told The Post that Khazar Momeni is no longer on their jail list as of Tuesday morning, indicating she has been released on bond.
Elyassnia, who also goes by the name Khazar Momeni, has shown support for her brother throughout his legal proceedings, often attending his hearings with her husband, Dr. Dino Elyassnia.
The glamorous surgeon’s wife is alleged to have been romantically involved with Lee and was with him and then his brother in the hours before he allegedly killed her.

Lee, 43, a divorced father of two, allegedly frequented underground sex and drug parties with San Francisco’s elite, including Elyassnia, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Lee, who was killed in the early hours of April 4, was found with two stab wounds to the upper chest and a possible third injury to the right hip area, according to the San Francisco medical examiner.
Toxicology reports showed he had cocaine, ketamine and other substances in his system at the time of his death.

Prosecutors said Nima Momeni, a technology consultant, murdered Lee after they argued about Elyassnia.
According to prosecutors, Momeni allegedly confronted Lee about her sister and asked if they had been “doing drugs or anything inappropriate” together.
On the night of the death, Elyassnia had sent one of the last text messages Lee received, which read: “I know Nima was very hard on you.”
Momeni was arrested more than a week after Lee’s death and pleaded not guilty to murder charges.
Elyassnia has reportedly refused to cooperate with prosecutors. Friends have described the brothers as “incredibly close.”

Nima Momeni is scheduled to appear in court again on Thursday.
New footage emerged this week showing the 43-year-old man behind the bulletproof window of his cell.
Momeni is seen in his orange prison sweater and pants with stacks of books on his desk, including a biography of Napoleon Bonaparte written by Andrew Roberts and a book by writer and mythologist Joseph Campbell on psychology, according to The San Francisco Standard.
“It is essential for us to tell the full story,” Tony Brass, one of Momeni’s lawyers, told the publication in October. “We are not trying to hide anything. “If anything, we are trying to tell a complete story about how this incident occurred.”
