Astonishing Encounter: Pilot Sees Mysterious UFOs ‘Flying In Random Directions’ At 32,000 ft

A pilot was taken aback after filming what he claimed were mysterious UFOs that flew in random directions 32,000 feet above the ground. Ryan Graves, a retired Navy pilot who recently testified to Congress regarding the existence of UFOs, took to Twitter to reveal shocking remarks made by an unnamed “Major US Carrier Captain.”

The pilot reported that others in their field had contacted them to discuss similar UFO encounters, including video recordings of the objects from “flight levels.”

The anonymous Major US Carrier Captain revealed they had left the Dominican Republic’s capital of Santo Domingo last month on their way to JFK International Airport in New York.

However, at 32,000 feet, one hour into the flight, approaching the southern edge of the New York oceanic airspace, the pilot “called out a visual on traffic that was excessively bright and looked like about 80 miles range… and then disappeared visually.”

Graves’ unusual claim goes like this: “I never saw the traffic on TCAS (traffic collision avoidance system). A few minutes later, I noticed two round objects, one lighted and one not, flying in a formation just above the horizon, at a range I estimated to be 120-200 NM.”

“The object/s would illuminate to the brightness of a star for several seconds, then go dark for a few minutes before re-illuminating. The brightness would range from very bright to bright to dark. The illuminated object emitted white light.”

“Except for the 3:10-3:30 second point of my video, I think you can see the second object illuminate, there was a second object visible in the images that would follow the illuminated object, but it would not illuminate itself.”

This supposedly continued throughout Oceanic airspace for the next two to two and a half hours of the voyage to New York.

The pilot describes how they began filming the object using their new Samsung S23 smartphone, which “has the best camera on the market for a cell phone.”

“I have a great seven-minute video of it appearing and disappearing while I was talking to other airliners on 123.45 vhf about it,” the remarks continue.

“That exchange is captured in the video! Another airplane, about 400 miles ahead of us at 36,000 feet, reported seeing the same thing.” The pilot also describes how they snapped roughly 30 images of these items in “night mode” on their smartphone, which “came out really good.” “In one of them, you can clearly see the lighted and unlit objects as round metallic objects.”

“All of the photos were taken with some kind of long exposure setting to get as much light to the sensor as possible.”

“You will notice that the stars are pins of light in the long exposure photos, but the UFOs are streaks of light because they are moving!” It’s just wonderful!

“Until we got closer to our destination of New York, the light seemed to be on or just above the horizon.”

“Just prior to beginning our descent, the objects appeared much higher in the sky, 80-90 degrees above the horizon, and much further away, actually out of the atmosphere.”
