Azmeri Haque Badhon was born on October 18, 1986 in Munshiganj district of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery studies from Bangladesh Dental College, Dhaka. She was deeply passionate about acting and modeling since she was little. She participated in several beauty pageants in the initial phase of her career.

Career
Badhon started her career as a contestant on the reality show Lux Channel I Superstar, aired on Channel I in 2006. She became the second runner-up of the show and gained immense popularity in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry. Badhon started her career as an actress in 2010 with the film Nijhum Oronney along with Ilias Kanchan and Champa.
In 2021, she was seen in the film Rehana Maryam Noor, directed by Abdullah Mohammad Saad and produced by Jeremy Chua under the banner of Metro Video. The film is based on a 37-year-old teacher at a private medical college, where Rehana is used to living a difficult life as a mother, daughter, sister and teacher. It received great recognition and critical acclaim in national and international media. It is the first Bangladeshi film to be officially selected in the “A Certain Regard” section of the 74th Cannes Film Festival.
The same year, Badhon appeared as Mushkan Zuberi in a web series Robindronath Ekhane Kawkhono Khete Aashenni, created by Hoichoi. He later made his Bollywood debut with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Khufiya in a prominent role alongside renowned actors Ali Fazal and Tabu.
