Bill Gates’ office accused of questioning female candidates about pornographic habits in job evaluations

In a deeply troubling revelation, the job interview process for top officials has taken a disturbing turn as female candidates say they have been subjected to intrusive and highly inappropriate questions about their private lives.

These women have experienced a barrage of sensitive investigations, delving into explicit details about their sexual histories and personal affairs.

According to a recent report in the Wall Street Journal, women who applied for positions in Bill Gates’ private office were asked about their sexual history, drug use and other personal aspects of their lives during the interview process.

The report states that Concentric Advisors, a security consulting firm responsible for conducting background checks and interviewing candidates for Gates Ventures, asked several women about their private lives during the hiring process.

The Wall Street Journal noted that only female applicants seeking jobs in Gates’ private office answered these questions.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Concentric Advisors interviewed female candidates who revealed they received inappropriate and highly personal questions during the hiring process.

These questions included inquiries about extramarital affairs, possession of nude images on their cell phones, preferences in pornography, and past involvement in activities such as dancing for money.

Disturbingly, one candidate was even asked if she had ever contracted a sexually transmitted disease.

In response to these allegations, a Gates Ventures spokesperson stated that they were not aware that Concentric Advisors would ask such questions during background checks.

However, the spokesperson stressed that this line of questioning would be considered unacceptable and a violation of Gates Ventures’ agreement with the contractor.

“We have never received information from any supplier or interviewee in our more than 15-year history that inappropriate questions were asked during the selection process.” she said.

“We can confirm that after a thorough review of our records, no job offer based on information of this nature has ever been rescinded.”

A Gates Ventures spokesperson stated that contractors must adhere to pre-employment screening laws and comply with state and federal regulations.

The Concentric Advisors spokesman denied the allegations of asking such questions during interviews with prospective employees.

Candidates asked these questions believed that the interviewers were trying to obtain information that could be used for blackmail, considering the close working relationship with Gates.

The Concentric spokesperson mentioned that its security checks assess a candidate’s truthfulness and vulnerability to blackmail, typically based on voluntary statements provided by the candidate and subsequent follow-up questions from company interviewers.

However, the candidates interviewed by the WSJ claimed that they did not voluntarily provide the sensitive information they were asked about and had to pass the company’s assessment to secure the job.

A consent form seen by the WSJ revealed that the behavioral evaluation, conducted to assess suitability for employment, covered topics such as drug and alcohol use, medical history, and psychiatric history.

Candidates who signed the agreement gave permission to share their results with Gates’ private office, including highly confidential information.

However, disclosure of sexually transmitted diseases was prohibited.

In another report, the WSJ mentioned that Jeffrey Epstein, the disgraced financier who died by suicide while facing federal charges, threatened to expose Gates in 2017 for an alleged affair with Russian bridge player Mila Antonova.

Microsoft investigated Bill Gates over a long-term affair with an employee, which came to light in 2019.

As a result of this investigation, Gates decided to leave the Microsoft board and expressed his desire to shift his focus to philanthropic efforts.

In response to the ongoing background check process, a Gates spokesperson has firmly denied any suggestion that his personal history is linked to the current investigation.

They labeled such suggestions as baseless, baseless, and utterly outrageous. The statement refutes any association between Gates’ personal affairs and the ongoing scrutiny.
