Deepak Abbott wrote in the article that the “stranger’s consideration” had greatly shocked him and that he was left speechless.
In December, Abbott posted on X in an attempt to sell a Garmin Fenix 7x Solar Sapphire he previously owned.
“Is anyone interested in purchasing a used Garmin Fenix 7x Solar Sapphire? If interested, send me a message. Accessible at a very competitive price,” he wrote alongside images of the watch.

A few days later, Abbott provided an update, stating that someone in Srinagar had purchased the watch used.
He revealed that the guy who bought it had also given him gifts. “I sold it to someone in Srinagar,” he wrote.
He further added, “Though it was just a business transaction (with an unidentified individual), he gave me a big packet of Kashmiri nuts and rajma packets as a gift. I am speechless at such kindness and thoughtfulness. I feel touched!”
