Cale Ferrin was born on September 15, 2006 in Los Angeles, California. She attended Reagan Elementary School in Millard. Cale began acting in the Nickelodeon television series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn as Angus in 2015. He later played a recurring role in the series Teachers as Trey and Speechless as Owen. In 2019, he made his Hollywood debut with the feature film More Beautiful for Having Been Broken, starring Zoe Ventoura and Kayla Radomski.
Cale played the lead role of Finn in the Canadian fictional television series Endlings, starring alongside Michela Luci, Michela Luci and Kamaia Fairburn. In 2022, he appeared as Ben in the Apple TV+ series Circuit Breakers.
