Career
McLaughlin made his acting debut in opera, Lost in the stars in Cooperstown, New York, at the Glimmerglass Opera House and had his first starring role as young Simba in the play. The Lion King on Broadway for three years from 2012-2015.
In 2016 he rose to fame with his role as Lucas Sinclair in the Netflix series. Strange things created by the Duffer brothers. The second and third seasons of the series were released in October 2017 and July 2019 and the fourth season was stopped due to pandemic and will be released soon.
