What Happened To Cameron Weaver?

An unfortunate motorbike accident caused 21-year-old Cameron Layne Weaver to bid his final farewell on Friday, August 11, 2023, in Luray, Virginia. He was the beloved child of Larry E. Weaver from Lebanon and Karen Marie Stauffer Weaver from Leola, and he was from Ephrata. Cameron, who graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2020, worked hard as a skilled construction worker for Weaver Companies in East Earl, Pennsylvania. His involvement in the Young Adult ministry at Lebanon Area Evangelical Free Church, which was a reflection of his pious temperament, provided him with spiritual nutrition. Beyond these activities, he loved building and operating drones, learning about computers, riding motorcycles, perfecting the art of hunting, listening to music, and exploring the world of automobiles. His charitable activities included mission trips that demonstrated his tenderhearted nature and unshakeable ties to God and humanity.

His devoted parents, who are standing by his side in their grief, are joined by his stepmother, Ann Louise Newswanger Weaver of Lebanon. Grant Marshall Weaver, one of his siblings from Lebanon, and Kiana Brooklyn Weaver, one of his siblings from both Leola and Lebanon, join together in their memories. His heritage lives on among his step-sisters from Lebanon, Cassie Elaine Wolfe, Hallie Faith Wolfe, and Cheney Hope Wolfe. His step-paternal grandfather, Leon Martin, and paternal grandmother, Vera Mae Weaver Martin, both of Ephrata, have embraced him in their family’s devotion. This tapestry of love also includes maternal great-grandmother Della Mast Bollinger of Lititz, maternal grandparents Wesley Sensenig Stauffer and Marla Jean Bollinger Stauffer of Ephrata, and maternal parents. Anguish is brought on by the passing of Melvin Earl Weaver, a paternal grandpa.
